Andrew is responsible for supporting the Firm’s Chief Compliance Officer with the Firm’s legal and compliance affairs. He liaises with RCP’s attorneys on various matters, including fund formation and regulatory and compliance matters pertaining to the Firm’s U.S. and non-U.S. private funds practice.
Prior to joining RCP, Andrew worked as a Law Clerk for Morningstar, Inc. He received a BS in Business Administration and Marketing and an MBA from the University of Denver. He also received a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
