Dave is a Managing Partner and co-portfolio manager for the Firm’s co-investment funds. In addition, he serves on the Investment Committee for all of the Firm’s products, as well as the RCP representative on the PX Board of Directors. He is also an Advisory Board member for several underlying funds and Board observer for various underlying portfolio companies. He has been involved in the private equity industry since 1998.
Prior to joining RCP, Dave was a Partner at National City Equity Partners, the private equity/mezzanine arm of PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. Dave also has prior private equity experience at Thayer Capital Partners, operational experience at Suntron Corporation, an electronics contract manufacturer, and investment banking experience at BT Alex Brown.
He is actively involved with Tailwind Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides support to after school programs serving Philadelphia’s youth. He received a BA in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
