Katie is responsible for leading the Human Resources function of the Firm, which includes both setting and delivering the HR strategy, as well as managing day to day HR operations.
Prior to joining RCP, Katie worked in Human Resources, as both a manager and a selected participant in the Continuous Improvement Office, at SRAM, LLC. She received a BA in Communications & Cultures from Indiana University.
