Maddy is responsible for supporting the business development function of the Firm. This includes sourcing investment opportunities as well as overseeing the Firm’s fundraising efforts.
Prior to joining RCP, she worked as an Account Executive at Salesforce. She received a BA in English and a Master of Management from the University of Michigan.
