Tom is a Managing Partner and co-founder of RCP. He leads the investment sourcing and fundraising functions of the firm, is a member of the Investment Committee, and serves as an Advisory Board member of various underlying funds. He has been involved in the private equity industry for over 28 years.
Prior to founding RCP, Tom was a Director of Aon’s private equity transaction services practice. He is a director of the Evans Scholars Foundation and former board member of Lurie Children’s Memorial Hospital Foundation. He is an active member of The Economics Club of Chicago and Commonwealth Club of Chicago. He is a former board member of the Illinois Venture Capital Association as well as a past member of the Executive Committee of the Small Business Investors Alliance.
Tom earned his BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
